Day 2 – Feeling Good is My #1 Priority

Today I intend to do the following to make me feel good today……

  1. Give a genuine heartfelt smile to five strangers
  2. do one thing to make my son smile and feel good and loved
  3. buy and send a thinking of you card and mail it to my mom
  4. buy and send a thank you for friendship card to my old mentor
  5. clean my bedroom
  6. listen to two Abraham Hicks recordings
  7. read a chapter of What If It All Goes Right? by Mandy Audlin
  8. write myself a love letter
  9. go to the gym
  10. listen to upbeat music for at least an hour

Results:

I did everything on my list to make me feel good except clean my room.  And I feel awesome.  I especially enjoyed giving a genuine heartfelt smile to strangers and not the half-hearted fake ones either.  I made it my intention to give a full heartfelt smile as if I were greeting someone I already knew and was fond of them.  The smiles returned were priceless.  I also went the extra mile and shared a hearty hello with my magnificent smile.  It was all good!
