Day 4 – Believe the Best

Beliefs drive our focus and impact our feelings.  Therefore, we have to practice ourselves into believing we can have what we want.   The more we believe we can have what we want the more our mind becomes dominated by positive emotions.  A mind so dominated may, at will, give the subconscious mind instructions, which it will accept and act upon immediately.

“How far from reality are you able to imagine?”  See that’s the trick to practice ourselves into believing we can have what we want.  We have to recognize we don’t know how and we don’t know when but we must have faith that one day it’s going to work out but we can’t sit around waiting on it either.  The Universe already knows what we want.  It is only our top priority to feel good as often as we can and for as long as we can. I know this is easier said than done when we either see no evidence of our manifestation ever happening or things appear to be in direct opposite of what we want.

This is when we distract ourselves and discipline our thoughts to focus on what we want.  I find doing positive what ifs, creating a love and appreciation list, exploring if I had it my way, and focusing on positive aspects excellent tools to help me imagine way beyond what my reality has right now.  Positive what ifs don’t have to be true that only need to make you feel better.  “What If It All Goes Right” by Mindy Audlin is an excellent resource to help guide you in understanding and utilizing positive what ifs.  Love and appreciation list include writing out what you love and appreciate about the person/situation.  Exploring if I had it my way is writing out a positive outcome of how things would be if you had it your way.  Focusing on positive aspects is looking for the silver lining in the person and/or situation and writing all the positive aspects concerning it.

When practicing these tools on a regular basis,  things will begin to shift in your physical reality to be more in line with what you want.  These tools help us to train our imaginations to focus on what we want not what reality says.  While we’re manifesting we have to stay out of the past unless we’re collecting data to learn and adjust.  Likewise we must stay out of the future unless it leaves us feeling better/good.  We must practice living in the now and believe in the best and only talk about what feels good.

When we discipline our minds to believe the best and nothing becomes more important than us feeling good that’s when the real magic begins to happen.  Believe the best and the Universe will take care of the rest.
